SETTLEMENT AND PUBLIC APOLOGY TO DATO' TEY POR YEE

4 December 2017, Kulim, Kedah / Penang / Kuala Lumpur: The board of Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad had on 4 December, 2017, announced to Bursa Malaysia in the public that Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad had reached a final settlement, with no liberty to file a fresh, and full withdrawal of all malicious and baseless claims by the Company & the Company former directors towards Yang Berbahagia ("YB") Dato' Tey Por Yee and other victims, including withdrawal of false Polis report with no substance or relevance. The board found no evidence on all allegations, which are deem manufactured and filed by former directors with ill-intention to defame and cause harm to YB and others. The menace was carried through the abuse of the former directors' power as well as their malicious entry which took control of the Company board (''ill-gotten control") without the majority shareholders approval during the dispute period.

Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad major shareholders had on 19 September 2017 in the Company Annual General Meeting (AGM) voted out and retired all the disputed former directors and their associates from the board. The company had counter reported the malicious claims and ill-intention of the former directors to the Polis ("PDRM"), including criminal defamation, false Polis report, and mislead & misuse of PDRM power by former director on YB and other victims.

To recall, in year 2013, prominent investor Dato' Tey Por Yee was invited by Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad (the "Company") former shareholders to invest in the Company including buying the Company shares from early investors Lee Chee Cheang and others. YB on 30 May 2014, was appointed to the board (Refers) ; and on 25 February 2015, YB resigned from the board to pursue personal business. (Refers). During the short period of his appointment, YB was not involved in any of the Company businesses, material decisions, nor corporate affairs. The Company re-emphasis that YB was victimised by former directors which are deem self-interest parties, mislead the board for control, with ill-minded purposes to harm YB's investments, as per evidence from Bursa Malaysia announcements in their intention to prevent shareholders to exercise their rights to carry out or vote in shareholders EGMs or AGM.

According to Bursa Malaysia announcements, YB Dato' Tey Por Yee has since divested all his investment in Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad. The board sincerely thanks YB for his acceptance of our apology and appreciate his early investments and support in the Company over the years.

Sincerely,

The board of Directors, 4 December 2017.
