Announcement Details/Table Section: For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 18 November 2013 in relation to the Proposals (“First Announcement”). Reference is made to the Company’s First Announcement and the announcement dated 23 December 2013 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. In accordance with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company must submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”) to Bursa Securities as soon as possible and in any event not later than two (2) months from 18 November 2013, being the date of the First Announcement. In this regard, the latest date for the Company to submit the draft Circular to Bursa Securities would be on 17 January 2014. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ITCB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that ITCB had on 10 January 2014 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time up to 6 February 2014 for the submission of the draft Circular to Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 10 January 2014.
