Announcement Details/Table Section: For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 18 November 2013 in relation to the Proposals (“First Announcement”). Reference is made to the Company’s First Announcement, the announcement dated 23 December 2013 in relation to the Proposed Disposal and the announcements dated 10 January 2014, 16 January 2014, 7 February 2014 and 12 February 2014 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of ITCB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 18 February 2014, granted ITCB a further extension of time from 7 February 2014 until 12 February 2014 for the submission of the draft circular in relation to the Proposals to Bursa Securities. For clarification purpose, the draft circular in relation to the Proposals has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 12 February 2014. This announcement is dated 18 February 2014.
