(Company Registration No. 200822980H), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 18, Boon Lay Way, #07-133/134/135 Tradehub 21 Singapore 609966 (“SSPL”) for a cash consideration of SGD1,240,000.00 only ("Acquisition") on 30 August 2013.
